I was just thinking. With all the good that's going on (b+c magazine launching, the various signings, and me possibly producing for what could be the greatest female rapper of all time), how will people act when its really great?
Personally I think all the people that acted "hollywood" is gonna play it off like we go way back and all these girls that was either frontin or acted like we weren't good enough is gonna say hi and smile like I think about them in my sleep!
I know for sure its gonna be a lot of shadiness and suspect shit going on. Not within the circle though. I will be appreciative of whatever better comes my way. Sucess to me is living to tell it.....
More emphasis will be put on the shadiness soon!

Interview With Devvon Terrell
I know I've been focusing to rappers on the website, but I got singers on deck too. I finally got the chance to interview Devvon Terrell. He is a talented singer from Brooklyn, NY. His myspace is www.myspace.com/devdaceleb. We chopped it up for a few and this is what i got.....
1. How long have you been singing?
I ve been singing for about 12 years which is crazy come to think about it.
2. How do you feel about the state of R&B?
I feel that RnB has changed dramitically, if you really listen to RnB music nowadays it has this 80’s feel to it, and I feel like to create RnB music your creativity has to be at an all time high. Competing with incredible writers like Ne-Yo and The Dream. I like where RnB Currently is.
3. With all that's going on, where do you see r&b in a couple of
years from now?
No one can ever answer that question because someone always develops a new kind of sound, so honestly the only thing I can say is that it can only change not get better or worse.
4. How do you feel about music going digital? Is it good or bad for
r&b?
Its good and bad that music has gone digital because obviously its so easy to pirate music which completely can destroy album sales and killed single sales. We have become a ringtone society its crazy how its changed.
5. I hear rappers getting singed left and right from being heard online
but I haven't really heard much about singers. How do you feel about that? Is trying to get signed on the r&b level just like rap? I go to shows and I don't see singers much unless they're singing on a rappers hook. I don't really know much about the r&b aspect of underground. Fill me in...
Seriously getting signed as an RnB artist or Rapper is difficult, but being signed as a rap artist is definetly a lot harder. Most rappers nowadays have to have a hot single on the radio from some big DJ promoting them to get signed. No one seems to buy any street dudes mixtapes any more, unless you lil wayne or somebody people already relate to.
6. I know you have a video on youtube and the buzz for it is crazy. What are your plans for it?
Yea that’s that “Bedrock” lol From my Delhi college upstate, Chi, And Mr.Smacc. Its from my production company Called Glasz House. My Delhi peeps and I enjoyed making that. We actually really pushing for a college tour since the song had so much success, so we made a video for other schools to see what we were willing to bring to there school. A good time you know lol.
7. What are your plans for 2009?
For 2009 im just working on my upcoming album entiled “Till This Point” which is written produced and arranged all by me, I defintely want to make some major noise this year but it takes time lol.
We will hear more from Dev..........

Nah, XXL Mag Didn't Say That
I am a fan of good music. If it isnt good, i dont listen to it. XXL mag did a reveiw of this mixtape. They called Theophilus London a nutcase. With all the bullshit they have co signed over the years (Meoshe Jeans, fake Jordans on Soulja Boy, those advertisements in the back), you would think for once that they would know good music. Ovbiously they dont. Listen for yourself and you determine what it is.
I personally like it because its different. Ive seen Mr. London perform and he has energy. He always has a great set. The beats have me going crazy. My favorite beat on there is Aquamilitia, but the song I like the best is Always Love U. The first time I saw him perform that, I was dying because he took a girl out of the crowd and danced with her. This is something everyone can listen to. Its on my iPod right now with that list of Kanye, Pharell, and Christian Rich.
So without further ado, Download: This Charming Mixtape
Listen to one of my favorite songs on the mixtape:
Letter To B.I.G Video
Im glad they made a video to this song. Now if they only could do Brooklyn We Go Hard...........

Thinking
GRADUATION ALBUM LISTENING EXPERIENCE PT. 3 - I WONDER from kwest on Vimeo.
I always wonder man. Always...
Speakin My Muthafuckin Mind
I think its really time I started being visible. Being invisible is cool, but sometimes I just wanna pop out and be like what's poppin! I'm on some new shit to others, old shit to me. Fuck it. Conforming to the bullshit is not working for me. Keeping it a hunnid when I black out is not enough. Me being reserved is dead. Because it has gotten me little. Time to be seen for a minute then fade to black again. I have more wisdom now and I really feel like its my time and those along with me!
Gotta shout out NYSD for launching B+C Magazine. They did it. Me being in the magazine is a long shot, because I don't think I meet the criteria lol. I'm not famous enough yet. Don't think for a second I'm not a head nod or a handshake away from it though.
I'm about to fuck this secret society shit up, because its fucking up the game. Wait, it has already. A dude like me gotta take mine because its not gonna be given to me. I've been doing it my whole life. Only thing I was ever handed was a bullshit story. A whole bunch of that was good but's. A whole lot of that's aights. Numerous look overs and politics because of who I was. But it reared me to be the person I am today. I learned from youth not to depend on anyone. I'm going in how I came out. Alone.
You think this shit gonna make me stop though? Hell no! I gotta keep moving no matter what most of these people think. For every person that hate me, there's 5 who don't. Trust.

Complex Thinking
I know I stated that I write more than rhymes sometimes before. Well here is something I wrote down thinking at work....
Having visions of a good life
Then reality comes right in
See myself knocking at the door
Please can I come in
No past due bills
Or final notices
Is this the good life
Well I hope it is
All I want to do is make it
Take care of my family
My idea of riches
Isn't purely vanity
Materialism isn't everything
Because the people around you
Usually judge you
By what surrounds you
So while you look dapper
And your family is still strugglin
They make your riches seem dirty
Like you were hustlin
Lets get intricate and complex
Break it down a bit more
People that have money
Don't want material things more
The poor people feed them
While they starve theyselves
While the rich man can't hear
If they need help
Not even a thank you card
For buying their products
Just a receipt and warranty
For buying their products
Maybe this is too deep
For some to understand
This is just complex thinking
On my road to being a man...

Had To Take It Back With This
Took it back with a Cuban Link joint. This is one of the Neptunes best beats. This was like 2000. That was my shit. I think of that song a lot. This song is still relevant to this day! And what freaked me out was the part when shorty went in the dressing room with the girl. That was crazy.....

Notorious Review
I just came home from seeing Notorious. Yes, everybody and their moms was there as I expected. It was a good turn out for hip-hop. I wish albums could be supported like this though.
I'm glad nothing really broke out where I was either. The cops were there and of course there's always that rowdy bunch of dudes in North Faces or Marmots trying to be extra tough for an audience screaming soo-woop or whatever hood they from.
As far as the movie goes, it was pretty solid. I liked the fact that it was a plain and simple biography. Shout to the homie Elus for having a cameo in the movie by the way!
The movie focused on Big and that was cool. While a lot of true hip-hop fans wanted an intricate detail of the story we know and heard, the movie did a great job on focusing on Big.
Gravy did his thing playing Big. All the actors did a great job playing their part. Have to give it to Angela Basset for playing Ms. Wallace. She did a great job even down to the accent.
Go watch this movie, get the dvd or blu-ray when it drops, and get that soundtrack.

Critical Thinkin
I've been thinking for a while. The website is going great I must admit, but I want to take it bigger than this. My guerilla advertising campaign actually worked. I still can't believe people are tuning in. Along with every territory there are people who try to discourage me, but my eyes are on the prize. If this music don't work out as far as me rapping goes, I got my beats and my video editing to fall back on when it comes to getting in the game. But I know sucess is whispering in my ear. She keeps toying with me lol....

PR Come Back To Me Video
This is the video for PR's new single, Come Back To Me, produced by Beater and directed by me and PR...
I HOPE THIS NEVER REALLY COMES OUT
I'm on engadget.com looking at new electronics when i see this:
Apple Introduces Revolutionary New Laptop With No Keyboard
I thought the MacBook Air was cool because it was so thin. But this, no. This isnt cool. They put an iPod on a computer. SMH. Thats exactly what it looks like. $2600 and it only stays on for 20 minutes without the charger! WTF! Why doesnt Apple come out with a touch screen computer or something.
Then come to find out that this story was fake. LOL.

My Philoshopies
These are the 20 philosophies I have lived by since I was 15. That was the year i really grew up and started seeing things a lot different. I will follow these rules for the rest of my life no matter how far i go and how successful I become.
1. Sanity is the most valuable thing you have.
2. Things said aren't always things meant
3. Think with your head and not your heart.
4. Things aren't always how you want them to be
5. One persons pains can be someones deepest pleasures.
6. Seeking to fill a void will always make another void.
7. Hiding your pain can seem like a mask to those who relate.
8. The pursuit of happiness has many roadblocks.
9. Weakness can be seen in a persons greatest strengths.
10. Happiness is an inner and outer feeling.
11. What you don't know won't hurt you, but curiosity will kill you.
12. Love is like life. It can expire at any moment.
13. Jealousy envy and hate can be closest to you, and you not know it.
14. Life is what you make it, but some people have control over a lot
of peoples lives.
15. The devil comes in all forms, even yourself and your ways.
16. Lust can lead to complication
17. There is no such thing as being secure.
18. People that don't understand, try to mask it
19. Greed can lead to trouble.
20. Being brought back to reality can help.

WHAT THE HELL ARE THESE?
So im on the Nice Kicks website and i read the Good, Bad, Fugly Week 16 section, and i come across these sneakers. I thought that Chinatown, the back blocks of Downtown Brooklyn, and Jamaica Ave was bad, but DAMN! This is actually coming out in stores. Bad enough South Pole already did the knock-off 11's and we have the numerous websites online that have knock off's of every hot sneaker out. Be original man! They might as well have had a jumpan-looking logo with the guy doing a layup instead of a dunk!
When i saw these sneakers i thought about this song we used to sing in school when somebody had those "air" sneakers or those 4-striped addidas kicks. Rejects, they cost a dollar nintey nine, rejects, they make your feet feel fine.....
Quick Thoughts
1. Will the rap game ever rise to what it was a couple of years back?
2. What's better, undergound sucess or major sucess? I'm asking because the internet is the new word of mouth and a lot of people are popular online.
3. Is my website going to be the 2009 version of the old video music box?
4. Will I ever be on boysandclothes.com?
5. What exactly will 2009 bring for me and my crew?
Just some quick thoughts. Gimme feedback....
